OK quality light with good appearance. The light is way smaller than expected. It’s only around 6 inches square – see my photo with the dollar bill. The size was just large enough to cover our old light’s mount marks so we are good. The clear dome is plastic but it looks thick. I do like how everything is sealed so when the light is on bugs cannot enter and die which means I don’t have to take the globe off and clean it – yay! The electrical installation was just like any other. So far, it’s working good for us. Hope this helps and hope your renovation goes smoothly!
