I could tell as soon as I opened the box that these were of excellent quality. They are true to size, well reinforced with wire, and with ample folds to increase filter surface area. The plastic surround makes them easy to lift and position them into the register. There is no discernible strain on the intake channel of my HVAC system. I plan on purchasing a different size for another house.
