The item itself is large and durable. The quality is exceptional!I had a recurring problem trying to program the keypad for locking and opening that I was unable to resolve. I communicated with the vendor twice and received timely apologies and troubleshooting recommendations.Even though I haven't been able to program the keypad yet, as I may be at fault, I needed to leave home for 30 days.To my surprise, the seller credited my Amazon account in full, while apologizing and telling me to keep the safe, free of charge.This level of Customer service is outstanding! Love this safe. I was pleasantly surprised to find out how tough the safe was when I got it. Honestly, I was expecting something a little bit less sturdy cheaper feeling for the price. It has some real weight to it. Also the ability to use a key or your combination to open it along with the spear battery pack to plug-in. If the batteries die allow you to get in with your combination is it great feature also. Hope this helps others when making a decision on whether to buy it or not.

I bought 3.5 Cuft . I was expected to be heavier then it is, you can picked up whole safe easily with both hands and carry. Also, the fireproof bag is wider and it's hard to take it out from the shelf or put it back quickly. I wished it would be smaller size then the shelfs itself. Cheap metal but I guess to compare to the price is good.

Decent safe, not too heavy, but feels "thin" and a bit "tin-like" compared to another smaller safe we have here that's fully fireproof (and which feels thicker and more robust). Only one fireproof bag is included, and once used, it's a bit squeezed on the edges when on one of the three inside shelves. Easy to open from the combination once you pre-set it. The capacity is ok, average, for the price we're not going to complain. We wish it was fully fireproof and didn't need the bag, but that's what we get for the price that we paid.

I am incredibly impressed with the build quality of this safe. The digital keypad is responsive and very easy to program. I love that it’s thick enough to feel secure, but still compact enough to easily tuck away in a closet or bolt to the floor. Knowing my important documents and valuables are protected gives me so much peace of mind. Highly recommend!
