This ratcheting screwdriver is nice to have around. It comes with a selection of flexible rubber bit holders containing six Torx, three square, and three hex bits, plus two additional six-packs mixing Phillips, slotted, and additional hex and Torx sizes. It holds bits securely, and the telescopic magnetic pickup tool comes in handy for grabbing dropped screws. The ratcheting mechanism works smoothly, if maybe a tiny bit loud, and changes directions or locks with a simple twist of the collar on the handle. It feels like a standard ten-dollar tool, so professional tradespeople will probably pass, but for a homeowner needing to handle quick tasks around the house, it definitely speeds up the job.

This SEDY Ratcheting Screwdriver set has a lot of features and a great selection of bits for the price, and it's very useful around the home.The handle is ergonomically shaped and has a rubber grip on it that makes it very easy to get good pressure on whatever you are working on.It can lock in to Ratchet Left or Right, (to screw or unscrew) and it also has a middle setting to just use it as a standard use screwdriver.You can easily adjust between these settings with the silver collar at the top of the handle, which is actually marked with L, R, and O......Left, Right and Off. Just line up what you want with the red dot on the handle. Good markings!See my pictures of this with the review.Don't be deceived by the many times you see the 'magnetic' tip being mentioned in the listing because it is magnetic, BUT......it is a small magnet in the bottom of the bit holder that HOLDS the BITS into the tip and it is NOT a magnet that will magnetize the bits themselves. Big difference, so know what you are getting here.The bits will not hold a screw onto it like a magnetic tip would.That being said, I really like this screwdriver and have already been glad it has the longer 4" shaft, which helped me get into some tight places to install some screws.The fact that it comes with various sizes of Standard, Phillips, Hex, AND Torx bits is great, and they are in some wonderful rubber holders that label each bit with the size and type of bit, in white lettering, is a HUGE plus!There is a bonus item also added & that is a telescoping extendable rod, which can extend out to 18" and it does have a strong magnet on it. Unfortunately, it doesn't have a bit holder tip, so it's more for retrieval of a lost screw, and not something you can use to hold a screw in place, at the end of it's flat surface.Even though I wish it had a pouch or container to hold this Screwdriver, the magnetic rod and all the bits together, it really is a Bargain at the sale price and a very Good Deal at the regular price, with the bit selection included and the quality of the items. I would recommend it!

It is simple, organized and easy to use, and the pieces feel sturdy enough for regular repairs. Awesome ratcheting screwdriver set with plenty of variety when it comes to the bits included! Also included is a magnetic telescoping grabber tool that took me two full days of just using it separately to realize that it also is tipped with a quarter inch hex bit, and hence can also work with the screwdriver handle itself, lol! Excellent quality and usability, bright red handle makes it easy to find if it rolls under the car (or whatever project you're working on), and all of the bits fit securely in the holders without falling out. Part of me wishes that came with a little case to keep the set together, but the other part of me thinks that this is going to get a fair amount of use around the household and is more like the kind of thing you toss in the classic "junk drawer" for quick access (as in- a case would really be superfluous). Manufacturer packaging is also very sturdy and protective, as everything comes together in a molded clear plastic thing- you know, the kind you have to cut open with shears while making sure the cut plastic itself doesn't impale you. Anyways, this is highly recommended, and is just such a useful item for anyone who tinkers. Or just as something to have around to encourage quick household repairs, since ratcheting makes mundane tasks like tightening cabinet pulls so much easier. I picked up this 26‑piece ratcheting screwdriver set because I wanted a driver with interchangeable bits and a magnetic hold. The bits themselves seem durable and well‑crafted, and the screwdriver has a comfortable grip that feels good in the hand.However, the downside is that the driver itself isn’t magnetic — only the extension attachment is. That means the bits don’t hold onto screws or bolts on their own, not even small ones, which was the main feature I was looking for. The ratchet works fine and the price is decent, but the lack of built‑in magnetism makes it fall short of what I expected.Overall, it’s an okay set, but not exactly what I was hoping for.

Instead of carrying several individual screwdrivers, I can keep the small ratcheting handle and simply switch the bits. And the bits fit firmly into the magnetic holder and do not feel loose once they are inserted.The ratcheting handle can be switched in either direction or locked in the center. That makes a huge difference when working in a spot where there is not enough room to keep turning a normal screwdriver through a full rotation. You can make short movements and keep the bit seated in the screw instead of constantly removing and repositioning it.And the extendable magnetic rod is a great feature. It reaches much farther than I expected and is useful for getting a screw started in a recessed area or retrieving one that falls. It also folds back down small enough to stay with the rest of the kit.This is another SEDY tool set that I am really happy I ordered. The ratchet works smoothly, there is a good amount of bits, and the long magnetic extension is very useful. Considering everything included in the set and how well-made it feel, I would definitely recommend it.
