Really impressed with the quality and overall build of these lights. They arrived very well packaged and protected, and the metal feels sturdy and substantial. The finish also seems durable and like it should hold up well to the elements over time.These are definitely on the larger side, which I actually really like, but make sure to read the dimensions in the description so you know what to expect. They have a nice presence and don’t look or feel cheap at all.Overall, very impressed with the quality, construction, and appearance!

This outdoor light fixture looks nice and gives the front of the house a clean, updated look. It is now hanging by my front door, which took some time to get HOA approval of course. The dusk-to-dawn sensor works as expected, turning the light on at night and off in the morning without needing to think about it.The fixture feels sturdy once installed, and the finish seems like it should hold up well outdoors. We got this installed at our front entrance a couple weeks ago and my expectations for an inexpensive fixture were low considering the price. However, this was easy to install, no issues with function and look great with more Edison type LED bulb. It’s helpful to have someone with a bit smaller hands to get the bulb put in but once in it looks great. It replaced a much smaller fixture for us but I think this size is very versatile and would work for most locations. We have a more narrow than standard front door since it’s an older standard size and it doesn’t look at all too large or too small. It makes a nice focal point and the finish seems like it will hold up well to all weather conditions. A bonus is that there is a tiny cap you can remove from the sensor so you don’t have to have it always working on the sensor, you can just use it normally with a wall switch as well.

I have ordered lights from this company before and I have always been satisfied with the product I received. This Dawn-to-Dusk outdoor light is no exception.The matte black finish on the metal parts is smooth and consistent. I saw no scratches, nicks, or dents. The tempered glass is also in great shape with no defects or scratches. The glass fits into the metal frame very well- tight enough to be secure and not moving when the wind blows!I have installed several light such as this, so it was extremely easy and straightforward to install. I was replacing an existing outdoor light, so it was just a matter of removing the old light, connecting the wires to the new light and connecting the light to the bracket.The bulb is not included, but can easily be found at any home improvement store. Conveniently, due to the common base type, you have several bulb options, including an Edison bulb for a more unique look. I just used the standard glass bulbs, because I am more of a traditionalist!When I opened the box, I was first concerned about the size of the light. At 15” long, I never really measured it against my current outdoor light set up ( not smart, I know!) My existing light was 12” and I got a little worried that this light might be too long. However, once it was installed- it looks great!!The dawn-to-dusk option was extremely easy to program. I specifically wanted this option, as I have other lights with motion detector functions and did not need that feature for the spot that this lamp was being placed in. All the options work as intended.The pictures on the product detail page do not truly capture how nice this light is. It really looks high-end and at this price point, it was actually less expensive and better looking than those available at many stores in my area.There are no negative comments for me to make regarding this light. It shipped quickly, was packaged extremely well, arrived in perfect condition, and looks superb! Installation was easy, programming the dusk-to-dawn feature was simple and the price was quite reasonable. I am very comfortable giving this light a 5-star rating!

This is a beautiful outdoor wall light, specifically designed to be large. They’re 15 inches tall, and you can put this light on the side of the main door to your home. If you have two, you can put one on each side of the main door.These lights are equipped with an E26 base socket. As many of you know, the E26 base socket is the standard American lightbulb socket, in use for more than 120 years. There are literally thousands of different lights with this particular socket. Because this fixture has clear glass, I recommend using an Edison-type white bulb. An Edison-type lightbulb emits light as Thomas Edison did in the early 1900s or late 1800s, when he used clear glass and initially carbon filaments, later tungsten filaments, to pass electrical current through them in a vacuum, causing them to glow and produce light. The manufacturer suggests not using anything larger than a 60 W LED lightbulb. 60 W of LED light is a tremendous amount to keep in mind. There’s a formula that you may consider. For every 9 W LED light, there is the equivalent of an old-style incandescent 100-watt light, which used to be standard in many American homes, so if you have 60 W, you have almost 6 1/2 100-watt lights in this fixture.You can use your creativity with the lightbulb that you ultimately acquire. Some of you, for whatever reason, may wish to use specialty lightbulbs that fit into this standard E26 socket. I give you a look of candlelight or flames you could even put in if you wanted, lights that can be set for many, many different colors of the rainbow, RGB lightsThese types of lights will be the best. If you have frosted lights, they probably wouldn’t do as well because your guests to your front door would see the light frosting or if you got what I call ugly LEDs, the kinds of a little squares that are all wired together they’d see that and no, it doesn’t look right either the LED Edison type lights have a long LED illumination devices that look like their tungsten filaments but they’re not of courseThe width of these fixtures is almost 6 inches. These are very large, and when lighted appropriately with the right kind of lightbulbs, they will give an absolutely stunning effect.This light fixture has a built-in dusk-to-dawn light sensitivity switch. You don’t need to put them on an interior switch, and if you do, you can leave it on all the time because they will go off at Dawn. They stay on all night long from dusk on. You may want to give your Home a presence in the neighborhood so that people driving by see your lights on all night long.This is a very high-quality exterior wall. It is well constructed and made very sturdy and strong. It has explosion-proof, tempered glass, and the light is fully waterproof and protected from rain, snow, and storms. There are literally dozens of applications where you could use the light in your home.Installing this fixture is really easy, particularly if you already have a US standard junction box installed. This fixture comes with an installation plate, which is connected to the fixture body with screws that pass through it or along its sides. You can either use an insulation plate and a bracket, or follow the manufacturer's instructions if you want to do it yourself.But one strong caveat that I was suggesting is that if you’re endeavoring to do this yourself, and I’ve been doing electrical work since I was six years of age, I strongly recommend that you make certain that you’ve turned off the circuit breaker for the fixture that you’re going to start working on. I’m assuming you’re replacing an existing light one way to locate the correct circuit breakers have a friend standby that light with an on position and you can turn off circuit breakers and she or he can talk to you through the cell phone until you’ve turned off the circuit breaker and then you can flip it on all a few times just to make sure you have the right circuit breakI also recommend using an additional safety device for electrical work. You cannot be too safe. You should really investigate the expensive electrical detector. It looks like a carbon pencil and has a push button on top. It turns on a little red light and the tip of the pen when brought close to, not even touching. When it’s energized, the lights start flashing, and the little device chirps like a bird. If I put that little device near a 240 V clothes dryer line, it will sound twice as loud or as quickly, and the light will flash faster, warning me of the dangerous electric shock hazard. This is an important safety device to have.Another tip I like to give people is to show them the round wire lock and nuts. Many people have never used the lock nut before and don’t know how to do it. They usually tape the wires together and some to connect the wires using a wire lock nut. You should place the Tips of the wire with the last half centimeter of insulation removed.
