I slapped on one of 18V my cordless batteries and sent it down the main 4” cleanout since I was thinking we had some sort of blockage. It went down the pipe easily, all I had to do was push the lever forward while on and it went down the pipe. I maxed it out as long as the snake was and ran the hose down the pipe while pulling the lever back and retracting it. I did it couple times and made sure the fresh water from the hose sprayed it to help clean it while it was wrapping up inside the chamber it stores it in. So glad I could find this for such a good price. Hoping to handle all my plumbing issues in the future and this tool will definitely help!

The cable gives plenty of reach for the types of drains I normally work on, and the auto-feed feature makes it easier to move the cable through the pipe while the motor is running. I used it on a slow drain and found that the rotating cable helped work through the buildup without needing a lot of manual effort. The variable-speed trigger is useful because I can start slowly and increase the speed when needed, which gives me better control during the job. The built-in LED light is also handy when working in a darker area under a sink or near a floor drain. I like that the cable can be replaced when needed, since that gives the tool a longer useful life instead of having to replace the whole unit. The water outlet is another thoughtful feature for cleanup after working on a drain. The cordless design makes it easy to carry from one area to another, and there is no long power cord to work around. I have used drain snakes before, but this style feels much more convenient for household plumbing jobs because the motor does the cable rotation while I guide the tool. It is also nice to have one tool that can be used for sinks, tubs, toilets, and other compatible drains instead of keeping several different tools around. For routine drain work at home, this auger has been easy to set up, simple to operate, and useful when a regular plunger is not enough.

Excellent auger for 2 inch waste line. Probably too small for a 4 inch line. Power advance and reverse work great. Used it to clear 2 slow drains and it cost far less than calling a plumber. I used a Dewalt 2 amp 20v battery and it was plenty of power for clearing the 2 drains and probably used less than 25% of the battery capacity.

This cordless electric drain auger was exactly what I needed to unclog my second-floor sink drain. The tool itself did not require any assembly, but it is sold as a tool-only item, so you do need to have a compatible battery. I already had a 20V DeWalt battery, and it worked perfectly with the auger. To clear my sink drain, I first removed the P-trap and then fed the auger cable directly into the drain pipe. The auto-feed function made the process much easier, and the cable's length was more than enough for my situation. It did a great job removing the buildup inside the pipe, including soap scum, and after using it, the water started draining much smoother and faster. The tool feels practical and convenient for homeowners, especially when you need to handle a clog without immediately calling a plumber. It worked well for my bathroom sink drain and is definitely something useful to keep around for future clogs.Overall, I’m very satisfied with it and would highly recommend it for homeowners who already have a compatible DeWalt 20V battery.

Hard to give it a accurate rating as I have not put it to the test yet. But it feels solid and is simple to use.

This K KORKUAN cordless drain auger solved a serious clog in our restaurant kitchen drain, caused by built-up grease and food debris. After trying several methods with no luck, this tool finally cleared it completely. What I like most is that it runs on a DeWalt 20V battery, matching the batteries we already use for other tools — saving cost and making it easy for staff to operate. The 23.62 ft replaceable cable is plenty long, and the auto-feed feature is much easier than manual snaking. There’s a slight learning curve at first, but it becomes intuitive quickly.Build quality feels solid, and the included bag and gloves are a nice practical touch. Highly recommend for any restaurant that regularly deals with kitchen drain issues.

EDIT: 7/6/26. The manufacturer responded to my review, was concerned that the unit had failed and asked me to explain what it was being used for and how it was being used during the time. They were sincere and I felt really cared that there was in an issue. They sent a new unit at no cost, I used it today and finished the job. This one worked fine and it was in use over an hour. I appreciate that the company stood behind the unit and made things right. excellent experience.Looks like I'm the first review that was not given the merchandise for free, so this was my experience. This looks and feels well built. it was well packaged. Easy to understand instructions and very straightforward to use. but after about 20 minutes the snake would no longer feed out or in. There is no number on the instructions for the manufacturer. I went with a more expensive model to hopefully get a good piece of equipment. Maybe mine is a lemon, but very disappointed, going back
