Works great!I had a deep clog (maybe 6-7ft deep) in my bathtub drain and I figured I would try to snake it myself before calling a plumber. Used this snake and the drain unclogged in minutes.

I bought this drain auger to deal with a slow drain and it worked really well. The 25-foot length gives plenty of reach, and I like that it can be used manually or with a drill depending on how tough the clog is. The drill adapter makes the job much faster, while the included gloves are a nice bonus. It feels sturdy and was easy to feed down the drain without much hassle. Overall, this is a really useful tool to have around the house and a great way to handle basic drain clogs without calling a plumber.

This is this such a handy drain unclogging and cleaning kit. The drain in our shower is constantly getting clogged with hair and other gunk, but even more than that it stinks. I got this tool to push any kind of clog all the way out and to clean up the drain because I know there is gunk caked on the walls. The tool is easy enough to use and there’s plenty of length to get down into deep clogs. I tried it with both the manual crank and a drill. The drill is far superior for quickly, removing clogs and cleaning the drain. I had to do it in a few phases as I Slowly fed more of the snake into the pipe. At the end, I had a fresh smelling drain where the water flowed freely. My only grippe with the product is the orientation of the front handle. It was strangely positioned almost backwards, making a little difficult to grip, but it’s not a big issue in the product worked just fine. The important parts of this tool are made of metal so I know it’ll stand the test of time. The long rubber gloves were huge bonus because cleaning a drain like this can be quite messy. The gloves are durable enough to use over and over again so now they just live with my cleaning supplies.

This thing works really well. You can see how the thumb screw locks snake in place, and it spins with the top, so you can have the location locked down while still spinning the snake effectively. One thing to note, this thing is REALLY greasy - which should be expected, but it caught me off guard when I was playing with it, and how much grease got onto my hands. You can actually see a bit on the handle from when I went from pulling the snake out to spinning the handle.The drill portion is nice, but not necessary unless you have something REALLY gnarly going on. Then handle spins it well, and you can get good leverage with that alone, but the metal teeth on the top for a drill to connect to is a nice touch. The snake itself is really rigid, but still has some flex - necessary to push through different joints, but not so flexible that it will just fold over itself in the drain and not continue deeper.All in all this is a solid reusable snake. I was able to easily get it through 25' of pipe. If it gets stuck, just continue pushing down while spinning the handle, and it should make it through the joints. It took about 60 seconds to get it all the way extended. Worth the price, but use those gloves, or have some citrus hand cleaner ready!

This drain snake is pretty heavily built. There is a lot of plastic in the housing, but it's thick heavy plastic along with metal internals, so the overall build quality feels very substantial. The auger turns smoothly, but with some resistance again because of the heavy construction of the snake. The drill chuck works great though. The knob on the auger is a little close to the drill chuck, so you can hit your knuckles on it, but I have big hands, and I'd much rather have the drill chuck than remove it for more knuckle room, so thats a big win in my book.The fit and finish were great for a tool like this. There were no sharp edges or mold lines. The finish and surfaces were utilitarian and basic, but again this is a tool. I'd rather the money goes into solid construction, so again this is a win in my book.Overall this is a great drain snake. It's heavily constructed, works well, and feels like it will last a long time.

This auger snake is a real money saver. With this tool you unclog drains yourself instead of paying a plumber a lot of money to do it for you.Take note: You need to use a drill to remove the snake from the housing. Do not pull it out by hand. Doing so could tangle it up inside the housing and prevent it from being used.Retracting the snake back into the housing only requires you to crank it in with the handle provided.A 25-foot snake should be long enough to get any drain unclogged. If it isn't, then you really should call a plumber.

Very nice quality build on this drain snake. It really keeps the coil contained and clean so it smells less. Love the ability to attach a drill to this to clear the clogged pipes. The metal snake is nice and thick. Comes out easily and it's easy to retract. Comes with a nice pair of gloves as well to keep your hands clean. The instructions are nice and clear on how to use it I would highly recommend if you have some normal clogs that you want to clear and to keep the auger and snake organized.

Works very well , well worth it.
