Floor Lamp with Table & Remote

Look, this was an enticing pick up. The lamp/table has a lot of features, and it looks good enough. We didn't have too much difficulty assembling it. I would say it's easier to put together than the average IKEA furniture. We got it together correctly on the first try. The construction is where it's a little lacking. Don't get me wrong, it's pretty good, but it doesn't have the heft or weight to it for a table you may be moving around as needed. But that's the thing, it's useful for a lot of things. Charging station, TV table, and oh yeah--it's a lamp. All-around, we're happy with it.

Super easy to assemble, this table is the perfect size for the living room or bedroom, having a great versatility. It would be great between two chairs, making it easy to charge phones or plug something in as it has electrical outlets built in. The shelving is sturdy and doesn't move once it's screwed tight. I love the wood, making it look rustic and homestead decor. It comes with a remote that can be used to change the lighting on the lamp. This is a great little table.

I'm in the middle of renovating one of our bedrooms and needed a new lamp with a small footprint and could also be used as a small reading table over the arm of our loveseat. This one fits the bill PERFECTLY as my photos show.When I initally assembled it, I'll admit that while the bolts and other hardware are of good quality, I was a little disappointed in the "cheap" quality of the square metal tubing used throughout (hence the 4-star rating). If you should overtighten any bolt in the slighestest, it will cause the metal tubing around the screw hole to bend and dimple.Halfway through assembly, I was starting to regret it, thinking that the lamp was just too cheap to keep. But after I was done and then tested it out, I changed my mind. The number of modes on the remote plus the convenient charging station (which stays active even if the front power switch is turned off) more than made up for it.My only other minor complaint is that I feel the price should be a little lower considering the overall quality of the metal frame (at the time of this writing, for some unknown reason, the Rustic Brown model is $10 less than Black). I do wish the square tubing was a little larger and 2-3 times thicker, because I can tell that if anyone should lose their balance and lean on the table to support themselves, it will defintely buckle and bend or break under that kind of pressure. The lamp with table was even more attractive than its picture. It was fun and easy to put together. The wood shelves and the framework were very solid as was the lamp stand all put together. It is a versatile in size fitting by a chair or by the bed. The ability to charge your phone from the table was very nice. Our charger is in the office, and it is hard to hear it ring. Now I can charge and answer quickly. I like coffee but am a slow drinker meaning I get up to warm my coffee more than I want. I have an electric cup warmer that I can now plug into the table and relax and enjoy an extended cup of coffee.

I'm very happy with this lamp/table combination. Assembly was straightforward, everything was clearly numbered, and the instructions were easy to follow. I also appreciated that they included an extra of each type of bolt and screw. It's a small thing, but it's always nice to have a spare rather than discovering you're one piece short during assembly. Once assembled, it looks very nice and feels like a proper piece of furniture rather than a lamp with a shelf awkwardly attached to it. The aesthetic happens to match some of the other furniture in my office really well, which was a big plus for me. The lamp itself has been great too. Pairing the remote was easy, and there are plenty of lighting adjustments for different situations. I like being able to change the brightness and color temperature depending on whether I'm working, reading, or just want some ambient light in the office. The built-in power options are another useful touch. There is a USB-A port, USB-C port, and a standard 120V receptacle on the front. One thing to be aware of is that the 120V outlet is two-prong (there's no ground), so that does limit what I would personally plug into it. For phone chargers and other small electronics, though, having power right at the table is very convenient. Overall, I'm impressed. It was easy to assemble, looks great, and combines several genuinely useful features into one piece. I'd happily order another one to have a matching set.

I have to admit that I was intimidated when I first opened the box because of all the parts of this floor lamp/table combo. Everything was carefully packed and there was no damage. I enlisted my husband’s help and he assembled it without too much trouble. All the parts were labeled and the hardware was packaged in 3 separate bags. A small Allen wrench was included. The lamp shade was easy to put together. The instructions were diagram only - no text - which for some reason seems to make assembly more difficult for me.As for appearance, this is 4.5. The shelves are a lightweight wood with a veneer finish that doesn’t look very authentic from close up. The black metal pole gives this an industrial feel. The lampshade is a a light colored off white and looks nice.I would rate the features of this lamp/table a solid 5. The included remote control (needing 2 AAA batteries) attaches magnetically to the pole. You can control the color temp and brightness with it, as well as turning the lamp off and on. It even has a timer feature. The light bulb is included and there is enough light to use for reading. There is an electric outlet as well as a USB port on the front of the top shelf. It can charge while the lamp is turned off. The legs are configured so it can sit next to a sofa but also go over the armrest.This table lamp seems sturdy enough but I would put heavier items on the bottom shelf to help prevent it from tipping over. There are rubber “feet” on the bottom but we added felt pads to protect the hardwood floor.For the price of $70, this is a decent value. It won’t be mistaken as a high end piece of furniture, but it is a versatile item and doesn’t take up a lot of space.
