These filters cost nearly half as much as the official brand filters, yet they look and feel just as high quality. They fit my pitcher properly and worked without any issues.The filters I used previously were not individually wrapped, and I never had a problem with them going bad. Replacement water filtersWe have 2 brita pitchers in our household. One for cold in our fridge and one for room temperature water out on the counter. Our supply of filters was dwindling so I decided to try these out. They do say to not drink the first 2-3 pitchers after refilling which is different from the Brita brand. It’s nice that they say to use these to water plants. I believe this is because of the charcoal dust which tints the water slightly at first. All in all the taste of the water for these filters is the same as the brita ones for me. They install easily, fit in the pitchers perfectly, function the same, and the water flow seems the same too. At a fraction of the cost of brita (which is currently up to almost $4 per filter) they are a good value.

I am not sure what contaminants might be in our water supply but nevertheless I want to remove as much as possible.These filters, while not Brita brand, fit the pitcher perfectly and allow a steady flow through the filter.There are no off tastes or any other negative issues that I can detect.The water tastes pure and is crystal clear.I am fully satisfied with these filters and will look to purchase them the next time I need to replenish my supply. They are much less expensive than the Brita Brand and as a result I feel that I will be replacing them more frequently.I think they are a good choice and work exceptionally well.
