A-Z Reviews
Overall, I'm very happy with the looks and air circulation this fan provided.

[Color: Black/Walnut, Size: 62'' for Rooms 400-500 sq ft (20' x 22')]
We have a very large recreation room and it can get a bit warm in there sometimes. I was looking for an extra large fan that could move a lot of air. After a few measurements I selected this item and placed an order. It arrived in a fairly heavy box and in good condition. Normally, I would install a ceiling fan myself, but I'm not getting any younger and this is fairly large, heavy fan. So I called my handyman and he installed it. He also reinforced the box that holds it to make sure it could handle the extra weight of the new fan. Once installed it looked great in the room. It has a lot more presence than a standard 42" fan. It does move lots of air, it's nice and quiet. It is pretty well balanced and doesn't shake or wobble. The light works well too. Overall, I'm very happy with the looks and air circulation this fan provided.

Strong airflow with a beautiful farmhouse look

[Color: Black/Walnut, Size: 62'' for Rooms 400-500 sq ft (20' x 22')]
This fan makes a noticeable difference in my large living room and moves plenty of air even at the middle speed settings. The black and walnut blades give it a unique farmhouse look without making the room feel too rustic. The DC motor runs quietly during normal use, although some wind noise is expected at the highest speed. Installation takes a while because there are twelve blades, but the included downrods make it easier to choose the right height. The remote is convenient for adjusting the fan speed, light, and seasonal direction. Overall, it’s an attractive and powerful fan that works especially well in a great room or other large space.

One Dumb Little Remote

[Color: Black/Walnut, Size: 62'' for Rooms 400-500 sq ft (20' x 22')]
This fan is big. Not normal big. Sixty-two inches big. I hung it on my ceiling and my ceiling looked scared. It looked like a windmill quit its farm and moved indoors. It looked like a helicopter that gave up on flying and decided to relax. The dual-finish looks great. It looks like it costs money. It looks like it belongs in a farmhouse where people churn butter and say things like "well, I reckon."Here is the best part. It moves air without trying hard. It spins slow. It stays calm. It is a fan with a chill attitude. And yet the whole room feels breezy. My papers stay on my desk. My papers do not fly. My papers do not go on little adventures across the room. They just sit there, exactly where I left them, like good papers should. That is a win. That is a real win.So the fan is wonderful. The fan is a champion. The fan did nothing wrong. The remote is the problem. You cannot turn this fan on at the wall. Nope. You flip the wall switch and nothing happens. You wait. You flip it again. Still nothing. Because the fan does not care about the wall anymore. The fan only listens to the remote. One tiny plastic remote. One tiny plastic remote that controls a giant twelve-bladed windmill.I hate this. This is an industry thing and it drives me up the wall. Fans used to be simple. You walked to the wall. You flipped a switch. The fan turned on. Beautiful. Easy. A child could do it. A confused adult could do it. I could do it.Now I need a remote. A remote I will lose. I will lose it under the couch. I will lose it in the couch. I will lose it inside a couch cushion that I did not even know had an inside. And on the day I need cool air the most, the remote will be gone, and I will stand in the middle of my room, sweating, staring up at a beautiful fan I cannot turn on.And remotes stop pairing. They just quit. One day they work. The next day they pretend they have never met the fan before. "Sorry, who are you?" says the remote. "I live on your ceiling," says the fan. "Never heard of you," says the remote. This is complexity nobody asked for. A fan is a fan. A switch is a switch. We solved this problem a hundred years ago. We put a switch on the wall. It worked. Everyone was happy. Then somebody said "what if the switch was tiny, easy to lose, and ate batteries" and nobody clapped, and now here we are.So I am torn. The fan itself is fantastic. It looks massive. It moves great air. It keeps my papers home. If it had a wall switch, I would sing about it.But it has a remote. And I already feel that remote plotting to disappear.Four stars. Minus one star for the remote, which I fully expect to lose by Thursday.

Great Airflow and a Nice Farmhouse Look

[Color: Black/Walnut, Size: 62'' for Rooms 400-500 sq ft (20' x 22')]
I installed this 62-inch ceiling fan in a large living room with a higher ceiling, and the size works really well for the space. The 12-blade windmill design gives it a distinctive farmhouse look without making the room feel too rustic. The black and walnut blade combination looks especially nice once installed. It has more character than a basic ceiling fan and works well with both modern and traditional furniture.Airflow is one of the strongest points. Even on the middle settings, it moves a noticeable amount of air across the room, and the higher speeds are useful when the room gets warm. Despite the size, the DC motor stays impressively quiet during normal use.The included remote is simple to use and makes it easy to change fan speeds or control the light without getting up. I also like that the fan and light can be operated independently. The integrated LED provides plenty of light for everyday use, and the reversible motor is useful for changing the airflow direction when the seasons change.Having three different downrod lengths included made installation easier for my higher ceiling. It gave me more flexibility to position the fan at a height that looked right and still provided good circulation.Installation takes a little more time than a smaller fan simply because of the size and number of blades, but once everything was assembled and balanced, it ran smoothly without noticeable wobble.Overall, I’m very happy with this ceiling fan. It moves a lot of air, runs quietly, and the 12-blade black and walnut design makes it a great-looking centerpiece for a larger room. It’s definitely worth getting.

I purchased the 62-Inch Farmhouse Windmill Ceiling Fan with Light, and it has completely transformed the look and comfort of my space. The large 12-blade dual-finish design creates a beautiful rustic focal point that perfectly complements my farmhouse décor while also fitting industrial and modern spaces. Despite its impressive size, the fan operates incredibly quietly thanks to the energy-efficient DC motor, making it ideal for living rooms, great rooms, dining areas, or other high-ceiling spaces. The airflow is outstanding, providing excellent circulation that keeps the room cool and comfortable even on warmer days. The integrated light offers ample illumination, and the overall build quality feels sturdy and well-crafted. Installation was straightforward, and the fan runs smoothly with no noticeable wobble. I also appreciate its energy-efficient performance, which helps keep electricity usage lower without sacrificing power. Overall, this 62-inch Farmhouse Windmill Ceiling Fan delivers exceptional style, powerful airflow, quiet operation, and excellent value, making it a fantastic choice for anyone looking to upgrade a large indoor space with both beauty and performance.

Impressive 62-Inch Fan Looks Fantastic and Moves Plenty of Air, but Assembly Takes Time 🌬️🔧

[Color: Black/Walnut, Size: 62'' for Rooms 400-500 sq ft (20' x 22')]
🌬️ MOVES A LOT OF AIRThis is an enormous fan, and the airflow matches its size. It circulates air well across a large room and feels much more substantial than a typical ceiling fan. I haven’t independently measured the advertised 8,918 CFM, but the airflow has been very good in actual use.🏡 LOOKS GREAT ONCE INSTALLEDThe 62-inch span and twelve-blade windmill design make this a genuine centerpiece rather than just another ceiling fixture. It looks especially appropriate in a large room, open floor plan, vaulted space, or area with farmhouse-style decor.🔧 EXPECT A LONG ASSEMBLYBuilding this takes considerable time. Twelve blades create a lot of repeated attachment points, and everything needs to be installed evenly so the finished fan stays balanced. I recommend organizing all the hardware first and leaving yourself much more time than you would for an ordinary five-blade fan.📐 USE TWO PEOPLE FOR THE FINAL INSTALLATIONThe assembled fan is large and awkward to handle overhead. Having one person support it while the other manages the wiring and mounting hardware makes the process safer and considerably less frustrating. Make sure the ceiling box is fan-rated and securely attached to the structure.💡 LIGHT AND REMOTE ADD FUNCTIONALITYThe integrated light keeps the large fan from requiring a separate ceiling fixture, and the remote makes it easy to adjust everything from across the room. I would keep the remote in a consistent wall-mounted location because replacing a proprietary fan remote can be annoying.♻️ USE REVERSE MODE TO CIRCULATE CONDITIONED AIRIn a tall or vaulted room, reverse mode can help move trapped warm air without creating the same direct breeze. It could also help circulate air from a window unit, mini-split, or air purifier through a larger connected space.💰 EXPENSIVE, BUT IT’S A LOT OF FANAt $309, this is definitely expensive. However, it also provides a 62-inch span, twelve blades, a light, remote controls, and enough visual presence for a very large room. It seems solid so far, and the finished result feels much more substantial than an ordinary ceiling fan.

Excellent Air Circulation

[Color: Black/Walnut, Size: 62'' for Rooms 400-500 sq ft (20' x 22')]
I have a very large living room with a vaulted ceiling, and the 42-inch fan I had previously simply wasn’t sufficient for the space. Air circulation was minimal, which is especially noticeable during the hottest parts of the year. This is a very nice quality fan with an attractive finish. Once installed, it looks great and fits the scale of the room nicely. The light is also better quality and provides better light output than my previous fan. The remote works well.Installation was about average for a ceiling fan or other light fixture. The exception is the weight. This fan is extremely heavy. I can normally power through this type of installation by myself, but between the weight of the fan and the height of my ceiling, this was definitely a two-person job.Performance has been excellent. The fan is quiet and has made a significant improvement in air circulation throughout the room. On the lowest setting, it gently circulates the air. On the highest setting, it creates a nice breeze without making the room feel like a wind tunnel. At $300, this isn’t a cheap fan, but it is competitively priced for the quality. I have found less expensive fans of this size, but they aren’t this nice.

Beautiful Large Fan with Impressive Airflow

[Color: Black/Walnut, Size: 62'' for Rooms 400-500 sq ft (20' x 22')]
With its 62-inch size and 12 wood-grain blades, this fan is perfect for living rooms, patios, or larger spaces. The wood-grain blades paired with the black motor housing create a farmhouse aesthetic that feels stylish rather than dated, complementing wooden ceilings beautifully. Installation takes a bit of time—mainly due to the number of blades—so it is best handled by two people to make lifting and securing the unit easier; also, ensure the ceiling junction box can support the fan's weight. Once installed, it runs very steadily with no noticeable wobbling, and the DC motor operates quietly, so it won't disturb you at night. It delivers impressive airflow; you can feel the breeze even on the lowest setting, and higher speeds cover a vast area, performing far better than standard-sized ceiling fans. The remote control is convenient, allowing you to adjust fan speeds, lighting, and timer settings without needing to use a pull chain. The central LED light provides suitable brightness and even illumination for daily use, though you might need additional lighting if the room is exceptionally large. It would be even better if the price were a bit lower.
