A burnishing wheel covers considerably more surface than a little angle grinder polishing pad, so this makes sense for stainless, metal furniture and other larger finishing jobs. The brushless motor and 2500 RPM speed are appropriate for this kind of tool and cordless operation means you're not constantly dragging a cord across the workpiece. The included wheels give you something to start with, although abrasives are consumables and you'll eventually find favorites for different materials. Pretty useful specialized finishing tool.
I love the beautiful orange color of this polisher! It makes polishing and burnishing so much easier and quicker. The cordless design is convenient, and it has plenty of power to get the job done efficiently. The different wheels make it versatile for various projects. Overall, a great tool and a nice addition to my workshop!
So far it's working well. We tested it out by cleaning up a super crusty old griddle. It quickly removed all rust and grease effectively. The build quality is exceptional, similar to high end name brands. The tolerances of joints are good, no rattles or looseness. This has an option to hold the 'on' position to be constantly on, no need for holding in a safety grip to keep it on. This is convenient but be extra careful with safety during use. Overall it is sturdy and ergonomic and the top handle helps a lot with controlling it. It's also powerful and removed a lot of material quickly. The noise level is similar to a hand drill. The only downside is it did not come with a battery but it does say that in the listing so no harm no foul.
I gave this a try on an old metal patio side table that had picked up light rust, dull patches, and the usual weathered look from sitting out too long, and that turned out to be just the right kind of project for somebody like me who is more novice than shop pro. I wanted something simple and visible where I could clean up the surface without risking a major mistake on a bigger job. Since this is tool only, I used a compatible 20V battery I already had, and that part was easy. Once I got the handle on and the roller installed, it was ready to go. The cordless setup is a big plus with a job like this because I could walk around the table freely instead of dragging a cord into every leg and corner. What stood out most was how much easier this felt to control than a more aggressive tool. With both hands on it, the machine stayed planted well, and the extra handle gave me a lot more confidence while learning. I also liked being able to start slower and work up through the speed settings as I figured out how much pressure the surface needed. The lock-on feature helps on longer passes, and the overall balance of the tool feels good in use. My only caution is that it still takes a little practice not to linger too long in one spot, especially if you are learning as you go. Still, for basic cleanup, surface refreshing, and breathing life back into tired metal, this feels very approachable and worth having around.
This is great. I didnt know I needed one of these until I used one. Trying to put into words how much of a difference this makes compared to like a wire wheel or a 4 inch grinder with a flap sander. Its a lot for sure. First off, two batteries. I wish all manufacturers did this. I can use one while I charge one. (in theory at least...doesnt always work out that way if you just let it rip constantly). It comes with a few sanding/polishing heads and they are replaceable when you wear them out. It has the power to do what I want.A couple of things that make this a bit easier to use:- the handle (that screws in) provieds additional stability when using it- the wheel on the front provides a great pivot point... this makes it easier to lower the head to the surface and reduces stress in your arm ... most of the weight rests on that wheel/roller- no dang cord. this is a great application for cordless- its pretty strong.- it includes a dust collection porti am very happy with this order and recommend this item.
This cordless and brushless burnishing/polishing tool is great! It comes with three brush wheels, two coarse, and one fine and an Allen wrench to change them out. This is a pretty unique tool as it can be used for rough wood working or metal working. It feels really well balanced in the hand and also has a top grip handle that you need to install. It hassix speeds and runs between 600 to 2500 RPM's and the grip is comfortable for extended periods of use. The on/off switch is easy to lock on so you're not pulling on a trigger switch all the time. As you can see in the photos I have an adapter to be able to use my Dewalt batteries without any issue. As stated earlier this tool quite versatile as it can be used for a wide range of projects/materials that need sanding or burnishing and the fact that it is cordless makes it invaluable .Highly recommended

This thing is awesome for jobs out in the field. The brushless motor hits 2500 RPM smoothly, uses less power and should last way longer than old brushed units. No cords to get caught up, so I can reach tight spots easily. Works with my existing 20V MAX batteries. Quick heads up: only the tool arrives, battery sold separately. Great addition to my workshop gear.

Love the grip on this burnisher! Non-slip main handle paired with a solid auxiliary handle, so I’ve got full stable two-hand control. The lock-on switch is honestly a lifesaver. No need to keep squeezing the trigger the whole time, my fingers don’t get worn out on long polishing jobs. It’s compact and well balanced too. I can work with it all day without discomfort.
