Ordered this (2) Pack Flat Panel LED Lights - Surface Mount - 12" X 4ft - Hardwired - 30-40-50 Watt Settings -W/ 5 CCT Settings from 3,000 to 6500K - 6,500 Lumens - for our partial basement remodeling. We use 1/2 of our full size basement as a home/office, and recently have been putting a divider wall up and wall paneling for more of aden/office living space as it also has a full brick fireplace downstairs. Have had it mostly completed except carpet and ceiling lights. Recently while shopping online for a couple good ceiling lights that would work downstairs as it has(7)ft ceilings in basement, I knew we needed some type of lighting that would fit directly to the ceiling and not hang down like many I've saw. I looked at different styles, brands, designs, and price ranges. Then saw this (2) pack offlat panel 12" x 48" LED fixture hardwired lights that is made of real metal aluminum housing frames, direct ceiling fitment, and comes with selectable 30w - 40w - 50w settings, and also has a built in (5) CCT settings for color brightness from 3,000 up to 6,500K, and that they are ETL approved, and knew these were what we needed and placed my order for the (2) pack. Love these lights!. I like the good sturdy metal housing and know their durable and will last for years. They came well protected and was ready to put up/install right out of the box. Already prewired to hook up to our (2) junction boxes. Also really like that they are a direct ceiling fit and that they are only1.42" thick and lay close to the ceiling. They both came with good solid mounting brackets and hardware for direct mount to our 7ft ceiling. We both love the (2) different setting features as with just the flip of the switch, we can change them from 30w up to 50w of power/lighting. Also like the built in (5) CCT settings for different brightness/color. These were a pretty easy install as it only took about 1 1/2 hours to install and hook up both lights and they were finished. No flickering or noises. Wife likes the color/brightness settings as we have the office/den side set on 3500k and over on the other side where we have our freezer, frig, and supplies shelving, she has it set on 5,000K, much brighter to see our supplies when needed. Overall, these are just a better grade/quality light than many we've saw while shopping around as these are made of real aluminum metal frames, "not plastic" like many I've saw.Also like that they are ETL approved for better safety, and they also come with a (5) year warranty for peace of mind.They easily earn a (5) star rating in my opinion

It makes it much easier to tailor the lighting to the room instead of being stuck with whatever fluorescent tubes happen to provide.The light is bright and evenly distributed without the harsh feel of the old fixtures. Most importantly, my mom says her eyes already feel better working under these lights. I installed these LED panels in my shop as an upgrade from fluorescent tubes, and the difference is noticeable. The light is bright, even, and comfortable, with no distracting flicker or hum that I’ve noticed. For detailed work around the shop, the improved illumination is especially useful. Installation isn’t exactly a breeze, so I’d recommend taking your time and planning the mounting carefully. Once installed, though, the panels sit very flush and give the ceiling a clean, modern appearance. The aluminum housing also feels solid without being unnecessarily heavy. I particularly like the adjustable color temperature and brightness. Being able to select a warmer or cooler tone is useful when natural daylight changes, and the added flexibility makes the panels more practical for different tasks. Overall, these have been a worthwhile improvement for my shop. They provide substantially better light than the fluorescent fixtures they replaced while looking cleaner and offering more control over the lighting.
