I've had this folding saw in my car for a few weeks now, and it fills a practical niche as an emergency tool. This blade is a good blade for a few quick cuts occasionally, but it’s not built for heavy use.The blade itself is long and comes sharp out of the box. I cut some 3 inch diameter fresh branches and it did a great job. The saw cuts on the pull so you have to be aware of this while making your cuts.The saw had a few negatives such as the handle feels cheap and it doesn’t have great grip. The saw also doesn’t lock up correctly after the first time I used it and it definitely moves around a good bit. This is a saw to use occasionally out in your yard or to keep in your car for emergencies, it’s not a high end saw to be used regularly by professionals but the price also reflects that.Overall this is a good saw if you know what you’re getting and what you’re going to use it for. For keeping it in your car or shed to prune trees occasionally it will do a fine job, but just be aware you’re not getting something that’s incredibly tough and sturdy.

It is relatively easy to fold the blade safely into a closed position and when open the blade locks firmly in place so no worry about is wobbling around or coming loose when using it to cut. This saw fits nicely in any backpack or camping gear at just over 15 inches or stick it in your vehicle when trekking through the wilderness to get you out of a sticky situation. I recommend this saw to almost anyone since the price is really reasonable and because this premium quality saw is super versatile and you never know when you might need it.

This folding camping saw is pretty good with a coarse saw blade for fast cutting. The overall size of this saw when folded is 16in long and 3in wide. The teeth per inch (TPI) I measured at 6, which is why I consider it to be a coarse blade which will cut fast but it doesn't have the smoothest finish. The only real negative that I have with this saw is the red handle material is a bit slippery and it could definitely be improved upon to be more grippy. This saw bade is designed to cut on the pull stroke so just be aware when you're cutting to apply more pressure on the pull stoke and not the push stoke. This is a great folding saw for keeping in your vehicle when traveling down back roads where limbs might need to be trimmed back to prevent severely scratching your vehicle. I would recommend this product.

I got this Premium Folding Saw 360mm with SK5 Steel Blade - 14 Inch Hand Saw to compliment the tools that I already have in my work shed. Its a nice tool; which I don't already have. And let me say right off the bat, that this tool is REALLY GREAT. It functions perfectly as designed and works wonderfully to cut palm frons off my front yard Sylvester Palm tree. The shine, color and finish makes it easy to find in my tool shed. Overall, I am 100% satisfied with the quality and value for the dollar that this hand saw presents. I would recommend it to anyone seeking an affordable, durable, well made, highly functioning hand saw. It is very handy to have when you need it for doing projects around the house.
