Hand Towel Holder with Shelf

I am revamping my kitchen sink area in this old farm house and I absolutely needed this towel shelf. It has already increased my work space by letting me put my dish soaps on the shelf above the ring I use to hold the hand towels.With a short level it was simple to mark and drill two mounting holes, and install this securely on the wall.It looks great as a sink accessory,No sharp edges, well machined.And I like the wide ring for the towel.The way the towel holder is attached visually looks very weak, and I am concerned about longevity, but so far after a couple weeks of use, the holder still feels solidly attached.

This sticks out a little too much for my personal preference but I won't take away points for that. I think it really depends on where you're installing it. If this was on the same wall as my sink I probably wouldn't mind the protrusion but because I needed it installed perpendicular to the sink, it took away some square footage. Given that I'm already working with a narrow master bathroom, it just wasn't practical for the space. I ended up swapping out the hand towel holder from the guest bathroom since that one is used less (and I see it less) so the size doesn't bother me as much.The towel ring with the built in shelf is a good idea, but just didn't quite work out for me. I also think the shelf itself is a little flimsy and thin. Maybe if the whole thing had a more substantial look, then losing square footage would make sense as you would also be gaining space on top, but the shelf doesn't feel sturdy enough and looks like a wrong move would bring everything down. The concept is great, but execution and quality are slightly lacking. This isn't exactly bargain priced so I did have higher expectations.Installation was straightforward but a little tricky to get a power drill between the ring and the plate while keeping it all straight.

This is great. Bought a new house and needed all new towel hangers. I love the little shelf. It’s strong enough to hold a small decor plant. Good quality and easy to install. Overall happy with this. Looks clean and matches my home decor well.

I really like Forious products. I have about ten things, mostly towel bars and toilet paper holders. I think they represent a great value because they're all well built and fairly priced. I've never had any trouble with them.This one has funny packaging. It's a towel holder but the package says "Toilet Paper Holder" which I suppose you could put on the shelf but it's obvious mislabel. Look at the pictures and fix this if you're Forius and you're reading this.Okay, starting with the packaging which is excellent. It's not gonna get damaged in shipping or banging around the house until you install it. The instructions are well written but the installation is super simple. Be sure to use a level.The construction is just what I expect. Quite good and almost commercial strength. If you have a rental or AirBnB, this will handle the abuse. It's only held up with two screws but it's enough.The design is all simplicity. It's not trying to pretend to be something it's not. I like that a lot. The shelf is a nice touch. I"m thinking of putting this into the shower.It's a good product and I'll probably get another.

This towel holder is perfect for a small wall, small spaces. That’s the reason I ordered it. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality, brush nickel with a fair amount of heft, not those super thin metal that comes off looking cheap.The hardware came inside a padded box, in fact it looked like a Tiffany box. I have never come across fixtures that was so thoughtfully packaged.Unfortunately, the space where I had it in mind for ended up not working with the elements in the room. More of a design problem on my end than the product itself.I’m holding on to it in the event that when I remodeled the room, I could use it. Such an incredible price too for something this sturdy and pretty.

When I got this I was a little worried because the box said it was a toilet paper holder, but it really is the towel holder and shelf that is described. The box contained all of the hardware necessary to hang it up, including two small black covers that snap onto the screw heads so you don't see the metal screws in the middle of the matte black (a really nice touch!) There were drywall anchors included, but I didn't need to use them. The shelf has a lip on the front and is the perfect size for a cell phone, although it can be used for anything. I put my soap dispenser on the shelf because I wanted it off of the sink. Now the hand soap and the hand towel are together- perfect!After I installed this, I discovered that the towel rack loop stays wherever you put it. So, you can keep the loop straight down and parallel to the wall, like you would typically see, or you can position the loop straight out, parallel to the floor, so the towel is further away from the wall. You can also position the loop further up to raise the towel even higher. It doesn't go all the way straight up but it will go until it hits the shelf. In this position, the towel on the loop acts as a skirt around the shelf. The loop is easy to move but it stays put wherever you want to leave it.This hand towel holder with shelf got my hand soap off of the sink, allows me to have a hand towel more conveniently located in the bathroom, and offers height and decorative options as well. I am very happy with it and would definitely recommend it.
