I was dealing with people constantly breaking toilet dispencers in an office bathroom and I got tired of them ripping it off the wall. I bought this THICK shelf mount toilet holder and mounted it to a concrete wall with concrete anchors. You can stand on the shelf now and it will not get ripped off. Buy this once and install it with proper anchors and it will last you forever!

This dual toilet paper holder is great. We change toilet paper half as often as we used to. I will say the charmin rolls from Costco are a but snug when first placed onto the holder but overall it was a good purchase and instalation was easy enough.
