These G16.5 Edison-style bulbs are a fantastic upgrade for chandeliers, vanity lights, or open wall sconces. They emit a beautiful, inviting 2700K warm white glow that looks exactly like traditional incandescent glass while saving tons of energy. The dimming function is perfectly smooth, moving down to low levels without any annoying flickering or buzzing.

These 40W bulbs were just the right size for the vanity light globe. Just not bright enough. Will need to return and order 60 watts.

These bulbs seem pretty great. Of course the energy efficiency is great and pretty much standard these days compared to the old conventional type of bulbs. Considering they were half the size as my old bulbs, I was very surprised to see that they put out just as much, if not more, brightness. I'd really love to use one of these in a more stylistic lamp with a dimmer that would work as a nice background for a podcast or something similar. And if they last as long as they brag, then I'd say it's pretty good value for the money.Overall I'd say I'm pleased. These should do just fine.

I ordered these Brightever 6 Pack G16.5 LED Light Bulbs as replacements for ones in my outdated bathrooms. However although I remembered to order the standard base, I really did not grasp the size of the bulbs even with all the pictures and these are much smaller.After putting the smaller bulbs in (1 of the 6 did not work) they really did not look that bad just different than I am used to, might not even look bad in the small bathroom. Even though these bulbs are half the size, they are brighter than the older ones. I don’t know about their ability to dim or durability yet and other than one bulb being defective (therefore 4 star) these seem like good bulbs for the price.

I never would thought that I would state that a lightbulb looked beautiful, but they are. The old LED lightbulbs we used were butt ugly they stuck out past the glass and gave off a harsh light. These however sit a bit shorter in our ceiling light, don't stick out, and give off a beautiful light and it works beautifully with the dimmer switch. If you look up at the fixture you can actually see the beautiful filaments. Going to change out all our fixtures with these bulbs! So will be ordering more packages.

Brightever 6 Pack G16.5 LED Light Bulbs by BrighteverI sampled these Brightever G16.5 LED bulbs for a bathroom vanity fixture and ended up liking the combination of decorative appearance and practical brightness.The clear globe glass and visible filament design give them a vintage-inspired look that works especially well in exposed fixtures, chandeliers, and ceiling fans where the bulb itself is visible. They look much more refined than a standard frosted LED bulb.The 2700K warm white color definitely leans toward a cozy amber tone rather than a neutral white. In my fixtures, the light created a softer and more relaxing atmosphere that works nicely for bedrooms, hallways, and evening lighting.The bulbs are surprisingly bright and very efficient for only 4 watts of power use (at full brightness), and the at least 40-watt equivalent output was more than enough for everyday use without feeling dim or underpowered.I also tested them on an old rotary-triac-style dimmer switch and the dimming performance was smooth without noticeable flickering, buzzing, or sudden jumps in brightness. That is something I pay attention to with decorative LED bulbs because cheaper dimmable models often struggle with compatibility. These transitioned cleanly from low ambient lighting to full brightness and stayed stable the entire time.Another thing I appreciated is how cool the bulbs stay during operation compared to older incandescent globe bulbs. The glass does get warm, but nowhere near as hot as traditional filament incandescent bulbs.The only thing to keep in mind is that the warm tone is very golden, so if you prefer crisp white lighting for makeup application or task lighting, the daylight version may be a better fit.NOTE: My images show the bulbs at full and very low dimming. The color appears different in the images, but this is a camera limitation.
