I installed this lock on my front door, and it’s made coming home so much easier. The fingerprint scanner works fast, and the keypad gives a backup option. The handle and deadbolt combo feels secure and well-built.Setup was straightforward, and the battery life has been solid. The keyless entry is perfect for families or roommates. For modern home security, it’s a feature-rich and reliable upgrade.

I have used a couple of these IRONZON keyless entry door locks and now that I have them on all my exterior doors, I cannot imagine going back to a regular lock and key. I have this keypad entry model on my back door and one of the keypad and keycard models on my front door. You can set them to autolock after a certain number of seconds. I keep both of mine set to lock ten seconds after the door closes, which gives me enough time to walk in, carry things inside if needed, and let it secure itself behind me. I can leave the house in the morning without ever wondering if I forgot to lock the door.They run on batteries, which might seem like a downside, but the one on my front door has been installed for over six months and the batteries have only dropped about twenty percent. I can monitor the battery level through the app on my phone. If the batteries ever fail, there is still a backup key option so you are never locked out.

Works great and no issues. The fingerprint feature is great to use when in a hurry. The only issue I have is my tips become dry and it won't read my print. But that happens with any biometric scanner I've used. If this happens to you, you can either luck your finger or fog your finger a bit. That usually works for me. I love the 4 ways you can unlock, fingerprint, keypad, key or app.

Installation on this smart lock was a breeze. It came with all the templates and hardware needed, which made lining everything up and drilling holes very straightforward. Setup was just as easy. Since this is my second lock from this company and I already had the app installed, getting everything connected and programmed took less than 5 minutes. The app itself is clean, simple, and easy to navigate. The fingerprint reader is fast and very responsive, unlocking consistently without having to retry. The keypad buttons also feel soft and easy to press with good responsiveness. Overall, I’m very pleased with this lock. Easy installation, quick setup, and reliable everyday performance.

I kept putting this off because I thought it was gonna be a whole thing and I’d need tools or a handyman. Then one day I was like… I have time, let’s just do it. I’m the queen of locking myself out, so I finally caved and got this so that problem is officially over. I took my old handle off and installed this with just a screwdriver. It was honestly way easier than I expected. There’s even a YouTube video that walks you through it step by step. It took me about an hour, but my door is super old and still has a skeleton key handle. I didn’t even use the handle that came with the kit, I kept my original one and just used the deadbolt, and it works perfectly. What I love most is the app. You can set up multiple users with their own codes or fingerprints, and it notifies you every time someone locks or unlocks the door. It also shows battery life, which is huge. I’ve had it up for awhile and it hasn’t stopped in battery percentage. I was worried about it not latching properly since my door is older, but you can turn the volume up so it alerts you if it doesn’t lock right. Plus, the app will notify you if the door is left open or if there’s an issue locking it. Honestly, my only regret is not getting this sooner. It’s super nice and a great value for the money. This is one of the best prices I’ve seen for a smart door lock with this many features. Also it seems to be made of really nice heavy metal and materials because even when exposed to the elements it’s stayed in great condition. Highly highly recommend.

I was a little skeptical of this product because of the pricing. However I must say that it is an excellent product. It is well constructed and seems to be heavy duty. It was fairly easy to replace an existing key type deadbolt with this lock. If you're doing a new installation it is probably going to be more involved. Except for tools everything I needed was in the box including batteries! The instructions were fairly clear and the unit was easy to install except for the fact that it kept referring to a reset button. As it turns out you have to have the battery cover off and the reset button is just underneath the battery position. It's not a big deal but you do need to have access to the button when you are programming in codes or fingerprints. That process is actually really easy. There is a voice that gives you some guidance in the process. And in case you're concerned about getting locked out if the battery should happen to fail at some time there are two keys included which can also open the lock.
