Despite its tight fit, it still works effectively.The filter is excellent. These were the exact replacement filters for my Pweran handheld shower head. I have very hard well water on my property so I need to change the filter every 1-2 months. I go through a lot of these and this 4 pack is a great value. I definitely notice improvement in my skin and hair when using them. I can tell when they need to be changed because my skin seems drier and I haven’t experienced any leaking or decrease in water pressure. I've tried other filters and these are just as good as the ones that came with the shower head. Some of the others I've tried definitely weren't as good a quality as these. They are very easy to install by just unscrewing the showerhead, removing the old filter, and screwing the shower head back on. They come in a plain white box so there's not manufacturer on them, but I assure you these are great replacement filters for the price, especially if you need to change them often due to poor water quality.
