If cabinets are underneath a soffit it may be too tall to use the two pieces. We use just the top on the edge of the sink and it works out perfect. So far it was worth the spend.

Filtered out food dye

This water filtration system was easy to put together and test with food dye. The water tastes amazing and fresh. Everything was packaged well and clean. Once I got everything tightened correctly, there were no leaks. I appreciate the quality of the canister and nozzle.

As good as a Berkey in my opinion

I also have a Berkey. You can't tell the difference between the Berkey and the Glacier Fresh. I figured the Glacier Fresh would be flimsy because it costs so much less than the Berkey. Its not flimsy. It is every bit as durable as the Berkey. It comes with everything you need including a little wrench to install the stainless steel spigot. Its great.

High-quality unit, easily upgraded with better filters

For $80, this water filter seriously impresses. The whole thing is stainless steel, including the tap. Appears very high quality. The filters that come with it are not the best available, but I upgraded to better ones to improve performance - any of the Berkey-style filters will fit.We had really bad water (you could smell a swamp when the tap was running!) thus this purchase. The original filters helped, but we needed a bit more to make the water palatable. Installed Nispira filters, and that made the water readily drinkable. If your water source isn't as terrible as our, the original filters are probably quite adequate.

I'm very satisfied.

Really surprised to find that the filtered water tastes better than our tap water and is super easy to use, I'm very happy with their performance so far; if they continue to filter like they used to, I wouldn't hesitate to buy again they.
